EPC has developed an Opportunity and Project Delivery System.  The OPDS is a guideline detailing the processes and procedures that EPC follows in the development of an opportunity to the point of sanction, for the subsequent delivery of facilities and for the eventual decommissioning of the facilities.The objective of the OPDS is to provide a comprehensive and structured set of rules and principles that development projects should follow in order to achieve:
